Faure, Michel - 1 Original colour page - Elsa - 1996

Elsa is a six-year-old little girl who is deeply traumatized and completely mute. She lives alone with her mother, Muriel. To communicate with the outside world, Elsa uses only two means:
- Pieces of paper bearing a single word, which she plucks from a small cloth bag (her 'word bag').
- Exceptional and expressionist paintings that she creates herself, revealing an artistic maturity and a sensitivity far beyond her age.
What may seem naive is sometimes the most transparent.
