STORY/PANORAMA:
The Mini, originally conceived as a revolutionary city car, has earned a special place in motorsport history thanks to its extraordinary dynamic qualities, low center of gravity and the distinctive “kart-like” setup. This specimen, based on a Mini 998 (as per circulation documents), has been transformed into a genuine Group A competition car with the engine brought up to 1380 cc. The car is equipped with ACI Sport Fiche and is eligible to participate in official track, hill climb and regularity events. Being a regularly registered and plated specimen, it combines racing specifications with the possibility of street use.
BODYWORK/PAINT:
The chassis is in sound and well-preserved condition. Being a full race-ready setup, the car includes a welded roll-bar to the frame. The seller states the structure is free from significant structural defects.
INTERIOR:
The cockpit is equipped with professional racing specifications for competition. The equipment includes a dedicated racing dashboard with complete instrumentation (gauges, road trip, road map, digital chronograph and digital odometer), an intercom system for pilot-navigator communication with headsets, hydraulic alloy handbrake, fire suppression system and an external engine shut-off switch compliant with ACI Sport race regulations.
MECHANICS:
The engine is a tuned 1380 cc with twin prepared HS6 carburetors, sport camshaft, lightweight aluminum rocker arms, and a dedicated racing oil cooler. The suspension features adjustable competition setup, carbon fiber exhaust with direct run, front racing brake calipers and lightened racing rear drums. The car is perfectly drivable.

The car is supplied with circulation documents and Italian plates in order for transfer of ownership. Accompanied by ACI Sport Fiche for competitions.
