Description from the seller
The first image is AI-enhanced to better showcase the design against a neutral background. Please rely only on the following original photos for the item’s true condition.
Enchanting dessert and cake service for 6 people in authentic and fine Czechoslovakian porcelain, dating from the period between the 1960s and 1970s.
The set is signed on the back by the renowned export brand "Porcelaine fine de Bohême", a historic synonym of excellence, purity of the paste, and the luster of Central European ceramics.
The service stands out for a design with a nostalgic and romantic flavor: at the center of each plate is depicted a bucolic countryside scene in eighteenth-century style, with figures in period clothing immersed in nature. The clean white rim of the plates is enriched with small sprigs of tiny flowers scattered around and finished along the entire perimeter by an elegant and sober gold trim.
The lot consists of 7 pieces in total:
1 Large serving plate: diameter of about 25-26 cm (ideal for serving cakes, tarts, or small pastries).
6 Coordinated dessert plates: diameter of about 19 cm each.
The item presents itself in excellent vintage condition. The porcelain retains its original luster, the colors of the decoration are sharp, and the gold edge trim is well preserved. No chips, cracks, or structural defects are found. A perfect set for lovers of rustic chic, cottagecore style, or for collectors of European porcelain.
