Due to the worsening situation in the Middle East, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the region. We kindly ask customers with delivery addresses in the Middle East to refrain from bidding. If you place a winning bid, we may unfortunately need to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding. About Me Hello! Thank you for visiting my listings. I am a Japanese watch seller based in Fukuoka, operating under the name TTproduce⌚️. I specialise in vintage & contemporary Japanese watches such as SEIKO, CITIZEN, CASIO, and other collectible models. Every item is carefully selected, authenticated, and tested before listing. I handle many pieces from professional auctions and trusted second-hand networks in Japan. ⸻ Shipping Notice for Certain EU Countries Due to changes in customs procedures, we are temporarily unable to ship items valued at less than €150 via Japan Post to the following EU countries: Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic. For these destinations, we will make special arrangements to ship via DHL instead. Thank you for your understanding. Shipping & Packaging All items are shipped from Japan with tracking. High-value watches are sent via DHL Express, and standard items via Japan Post EMS or registered airmail. I always pack safely using multiple layers of bubble wrap and a rigid box. Delivery times may vary by country, but I try to ship within 3 business day after payment. ⸻ 【Customs Duties & Import Taxes】 Items are shipped from Japan. Any customs duties, import VAT, or customs clearance fees charged upon import are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. The shipping fee covers transportation only and does not cover customs duties or import-related charges. If you receive a payment request from the carrier or customs authorities, please follow their instructions and pay promptly to avoid delays or the parcel being returned. ______ Accuracy & Condition I describe condition as clearly as possible and provide detailed photos. If the watch has been serviced, polished, or had the battery replaced, it will be stated in the description. ⸻ Communication Feel free to contact me anytime for questions or additional photos. I always reply quickly and try my best to provide a smooth and pleasant transaction. ⸻ Thank you for your interest in my items! I look forward to dealing with collectors and watch lovers around the world.
