The woods are cut with a head cut to ensure greater durability over time.
Each piece is made following a design that develops based on the artisan's imagination and the availability of the various woods.
Each cutting board requires about a week of work for its realization, including the drying times of the glue under pressure.
Each cutting board is a unique piece in its kind.

The only recommended treatment is a food-grade mineral oil for maintenance.
