“Ilunur” is part of my Series "Sea" and stems from a patient observation of the Mediterranean when clarity changes and the landscape gains another depth. In this work I propose a territory where the gaze can pause and enter a slower rhythm, almost interior. “Ilunur” aims to convey that silent depth that appears before the sea, when the horizon narrows and everything seems to find its place. It is a piece that invites staying and inhabiting a moment of calm and contemplation.

• "Ilinur - Sea" is a contemporary abstract artwork, unique and original, entirely handmade with professional acrylic on cotton canvas.

About the artist:

My name is Gaby Acevedo. I am a visual artist. I live and produce my works in Spain. For more than 25 years I have been developing an artistic practice focused on contemporary abstract painting, where color, matter, and collage form the pillars of my visual language.
My work arises from observation and dialogue with landscapes, the spaces we inhabit, and the footprints they leave in our memory. Each series responds to a distinct research, but all share the purpose of transforming experience into a visual language open to emotion and free interpretation.
Each work is unique and is entirely handmade in my studio with high-quality professional materials. All my paintings are signed, dated, and delivered accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
