Pioneer SA-8100 - Integrated Hi-Fi Amplifier Vintage Top-of-the-Line (1973-1975) | Spectacular Conditions
Description:
For true connoisseurs and enthusiasts of vintage Hi-Fi, I am putting up for sale the legendary Pioneer SA-8100 integrated amplifier.
Considered one of Pioneer’s engineering and design pinnacles in the early 1970s, the SA-8100 belongs to the famous top-of-the-line series that defined the "Pioneer sound": warm, detailed, extremely dynamic and never fatiguing.
Built like a battle tank, it features a majestic full-brushed aluminum front panel, knobs carved from solid material, and an elegant solid wood cabinet that offers timeless charm.
The internal circuit uses a directly coupled output stage (OCL) and an oversized power supply, guaranteeing exceptional bass control and a very fast frequency response.
Technical Specifications:
Output power: 40 Watts RMS per channel at 8Ω (real and generously powerful, capable of driving even demanding speakers)
Frequency response: 7 Hz - 80,000 Hz (extraordinary amplitude and transparency)
Total Harmonic Distortion (THD): less than 0.1%
Damping Factor: 60 (8Ω)
Excellent Phono section: Dual Phono inputs (Phono 1 and Phono 2) with impedance/sensitivity adjustment, ideal for those who own multiple turntables or audiophile cartridges.
Separatable Preamplifier/Power Amplifier section: Possibility to use the preamplifier and the power amplifier independently (Pre-Out / Main-In with dedicated selector).
Advanced tone controls: Separate controls for Bass and Treble with selectable turnover frequencies and Tone Defeat switch.
Inputs: Phono 1, Phono 2, Tuner, Aux 1, Aux 2, Tape 1, Tape 2 (with Tape Dubbing duplication function).
Speaker outputs: Terminals for connecting up to 3 pairs of speakers (Speakers A / B / C).
Dimensions: 430 x 138 x 341 mm
Weight: about 12.1 kg (high-level build and components)
