Cutlery set for 12 (51) - Silverplated

Magnificent old French 51-piece cutlery set, plus its box, made in silver-plated metal.
PUNCH A.P accompanied by the symbol of a poodle.
The set features an elegant Louis XV / shell motif with rocaille and foliage motifs on the handles.
The cutlery set is preserved in its original antique box, covered with a black-and-white houndstooth-type pattern, with a compartmented interior for storing the various pieces.

Note:
Some pieces show oxidation, tarnish traces, and marks related to age and storage. A few surfaces also show small signs of wear and normal traces corresponding to their age.
This oxidation could be reduced or removed by cleaning and polishing performed by a professional specializing in silver-plated objects. It is thus possible to restore more shine, subject to appropriate treatment for the material and the condition of each piece.
The case also shows signs of age-related wear, notably on the exterior lining and the metal parts.
