There are tiny scuffs and scratches on the side of the barrel, and the lens is otherwise in very clean condition.
Optics
There is faint haze on the middle element, visible under normal light, and tiny areas where the coating has come away from a lens surface. They have no effect at all on the photographs taken, and the lens produces clear images.
Function
Fully functional. All operations work properly without any issues.

The Canon EF 100-300mm f/5.6 is one of the early EF telephoto zooms, built in the metal-barrelled style of the first EF generation. It covers full-frame, and reaches 160-480mm equivalent on an APS-C body.
