AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Beautiful collection with many nice cards from the United Kingdom, for example England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Both used and unused cards. Perhaps a single card with signs of aging or wear.
The contents may, in addition to postcards, also contain another item, such as a photo or a small keepsake.
All items have been scanned.
Will be shipped within the Netherlands with track & trace. Outside the Netherlands it will be sent by registered mail.
If you win multiple lots from one auction, it will be checked whether they can be shipped together.
If this is possible, you will receive a partial refund of the shipping costs after dispatch.
Although we compile our advertisements with great care, it can sometimes happen that there is a textual error in the description.
Although we sort the cards as carefully as possible, it can occasionally occur that one card or several cards do not fully comply with the stated theme, country or the relevant place.
To avoid misunderstandings, we want to point out that the photos are always authoritative over the description.
Seller's Story
Paper Hills grew out of a hobby, a passion that got out of hand, maybe even a minor obsession. Since the beginning of 2021 we have decided to really go for it. Paper Hills, officially got off the ground.
Hi, my name is Alexander Custers, owner of Paper Hills. A company specialized in the purchase and sale of antique stationery. Alexander comes from a family of collectors, the extensive and unique stamp collection of his grandfather and father certainly contributed to this. A new interest in this beautiful profession was aroused when he saw old maps of his own village, Sint Geertruid, and beautiful Limburg.
The hobby grew into a passion until it turned out that, together with him, many others were interested in collecting and reviewing maps showing old images. The old images on these cards often bring back beautiful memories in people.
