Magnificent, imposing table lamps by the Belgian artist Georges Mathias. This is an artistic and luxurious design from the 1970s in Hollywood Regency style.

The brass plate is hand-etched and finished with 23-karat gold.

Both lamps are signed ‘Designo Maho’ (pseudonym of the designer), and numbered. They are specimens 111/250 and 112/250.

Fully original and intact with normal signs of use. The shades are discolored on the rear side due to light exposure.

Prachtige, imposante tafellampen van de Belgische kunstenaar Georges Mathias. Het betreft een kunstzinnig en luxueus ontwerp uit de jaren ‘70 in Hollywood Regency stijl.

De messing plaat is geëtst met de hand, en afgewerkt met 23 karaats goud.

Beide lampen zijn gesigneerd ‘Designo Maho’ (pseudoniem van de ontwerper), en genummerd. Het betreft de exemplaren 111/250 en 112/250.
