AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
A beautiful collection with many nice cards from Germany.
Both used and uncirculated cards.
Perhaps an occasional card with signs of age or wear.
The contents may include, in addition to postcards, other items as well, such as a photograph or a small keepsake.
All items have been scanned.
Shipped within the Netherlands with track and trace. Outside the Netherlands, it is sent by registered mail.
If you win multiple lots from one auction, we will check whether they can be shipped together.
If this is possible, you will receive part of the shipping costs refunded after shipment.
Although we prepare our listings with great care, there can sometimes be a textual error in the description.
Although we sort the cards as carefully as possible, it can occasionally happen that one or a few cards do not fully match the stated theme, country, or the relevant place.
To avoid misunderstandings, please note that the photos always take precedence over the description.
Seller's Story
Paper Hills grew out of a hobby, a passion that got out of hand, maybe even a minor obsession. Since the beginning of 2021 we have decided to really go for it. Paper Hills, officially got off the ground.
Hi, my name is Alexander Custers, owner of Paper Hills. A company specialized in the purchase and sale of antique stationery. Alexander comes from a family of collectors, the extensive and unique stamp collection of his grandfather and father certainly contributed to this. A new interest in this beautiful profession was aroused when he saw old maps of his own village, Sint Geertruid, and beautiful Limburg.
The hobby grew into a passion until it turned out that, together with him, many others were interested in collecting and reviewing maps showing old images. The old images on these cards often bring back beautiful memories in people.
