Cupboard - Frans Nightstand, Side Table - Walnut wood, Brass, Marble

Antique French walnut cabinet with marble top and graceful woodcarving

A beautiful antique French cabinet, made of walnut with a warm, rich wood tone and an elegant marbled top in gray and white tones. The cabinet features a drawer and a door with behind it a practical storage space. The marble top is detachable, and the base panel inside the cabinet can also be removed.

The piece is richly decorated with refined woodcarving, including graceful floral and leaf motifs on the drawer and door. Decorative ornaments along the corners and lower edge complement the elegantly curved cabriole legs with characteristic scroll feet. The brass handles provide a stylish contrast to the warm walnut.

The combination of the finely drawn wood, the natural marble, and the decorative details gives this cabinet a distinctive appearance. The drawer and the storage space behind the door have been upholstered with fabric by the previous owner. At the back, a piece of a finish trim is missing; see photos.
