Seiko DX Deluxe automatic men’s wristwatch from 1974 with a stainless steel case and bracelet, gold dial, 35 mm diameter, Cal. 6106-5470 movement with 23 jewels, in very good condition.

Vintage SEIKO DX (Deluxe) men's watch, original Japan made, august 1974.
Very beautiful, rare watch!
Automatic Cal 6106-5470, 23 jewels.
All steel.
One of the coolest features of this vintage Seiko 5 DX is its ingenious mechanical quickset system, operated via the crown rather than pulling it out.
To change the date: Simply push the crown slightly inward from its normal resting position. Each gentle press advances the date by one day.
To change the day of the week: Push the crown a bit deeper/harder inward.
The day display features two languages.
Attention: To preserve the vintage movement, always make sure the hands are safely pointing away from the midnight hours (ideally set the time to 6:30) before using the quickset feature to adjust the calendar.
Width: 35 mm (measured from left to right, excluding the crown).
Original Stainless steel bracelet, fits a wrist size up to approximately 18 cm (7.1 inches).
The watch looks very good for its age, very minor signs of use, and works very good.
