Description from the seller
Ensign All-Distance Pocket circa 1930 English bellows camera Brown version
Ensign All-Distance Pocket, a classic English bellows camera from around 1930, manufactured by Houghton-Butcher Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in London.
This camera is a fine example of British camera construction at the turn of the last century. The brown covering, the matching lens barrel and the black folding bellows give the camera character.
The Ensign All-Distance Pocket was introduced in the late 1920s and was designed as a compact, easy-to-use folding film camera. Thanks to the folding mechanism, the camera could be carried and unfolded for use.

Condition
The camera is in authentic vintage condition, with signs of use and aging consistent with its nearly 100-year age. The bellows appear damaged in the sense that the black lacquer has worn off at the crease but it is not leaking. The camera has not been tested.
A notable feature of this camera is that it uses 120-roll film, which is still available today. In principle, it is therefore still possible to shoot with this historical camera, provided the technical functioning is in order.
An attractive collectible for enthusiasts of historic photography, British cameras and classical mechanical designs.
The camera will be carefully packed for shipping.
