AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
YASHICA L AF Date, tested and working.
Hello from Japan!
We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world.
The Yashica L AF Date is a compact autofocus 35mm camera from the Kyocera era of Yashica, built around a fixed Yashica 32mm f/3.5 lens with automatic focusing and exposure, DX film-speed coding and a built-in flash. This Date version adds a quartz data back for imprinting the date on the negative. Simple, light and fully automatic, it is a typical 1980s Japanese point-and-shoot that suits easy everyday film photography.
Condition: Used — Excellent
Pre-owned, moderate signs of use, optics clear
Serial Number
Please check the photo.
Appearance
Scuffs and scratches from normal use. Please check the photos for details.
Optical Condition
Lens: Clear, no issues
Functional
The camera powers on, the shutter fires and autofocus works; exposure measured within the normal range.
Measured Performance
We check these cameras on a shutter tester rather than by ear, and we publish what we measured:
- Light meter accuracy — EV12: 0.1 UNDER / EV15: 0.1 UNDER
Negative film has enough latitude to absorb deviations of this size, but the figures are here so you can judge for yourself.
Bundled Items
Only what you can see in the pictures will be included in the package.
Important Notes for Used Items
As this is a used item, subtle imperfections may exist that are not individually described.
