Condition Report

Grade B+ – Very good condition, with signs of normal wear.

The case displays surface scratches and localised wear to the black PVD coating, particularly around the bezel rim, edges and case back. The tachymeter surround also shows visible marks. The carbon fibre dial, hands and chronograph registers retain an attractive appearance. The original rubber strap shows signs of use, while the Oris-signed clasp presents scratches and rubbing. Please examine the photographs carefully, as they form an essential part of the condition description.

Although the watch is marked as water-resistant to 100 metres, its water resistance has not been tested. Contact with water should therefore be avoided unless the watch is professionally pressure-tested and resealed.

Story & Heritage

The Oris TT3 expresses the visual language of motorsport through its materials, proportions and detailing. The carbon fibre dial, tachymeter scale and prominent chronograph pushers give it the appearance of a compact timing instrument, designed around the relationship between time, motion and speed.

Its dark palette brings the different textures into focus. The woven carbon fibre surface contrasts with the smooth case and metallic subdial surrounds, while luminous inserts on the hands provide a clear point of reference. The original rubber strap follows the contours of the case, completing the watch’s cohesive sporting appearance.

Through the exhibition back, the automatic movement offers another perspective. The distinctive red Oris rotor introduces a vivid touch of colour against the mechanical assembly, making the reverse as engaging to inspect as the dial.

With its generous 45 mm proportions, titanium construction and automatic chronograph movement, this TT3 offers confident wrist presence and considerable visual character. It is an appealing choice for collectors who appreciate Swiss mechanical watches with bold design and a strong sporting identity.
