Spectacular Murano crystal vase, tubular type "Millefiori Murinnen"
Tubular type with a globular body at the base, long narrow neck and wavy mouth in the shape of a five-petal flower. Entire decoration of multicolored millefiori murrine in deep red, white, yellow and cobalt blue on a dark cobalt blue background. Each murrine in the shape of a star/flower with a yellow core.
Blown glass technique with murrine. Excellent execution with a high density of murrine, circa mid-20th century. Vintage decorative piece highly photogenic and in high demand on the international market USA/Japan.
