Pro-Ject - A1 Fully Automatic Belt-Drive Turntable

a high-quality Pro Ject Automat A1 fully automatic hi-fi turntable. This model is known for its excellent sound combined with ultimate ease of use. With the push of a button the player starts and after the record ends automatically returns to its resting position. During playback the automatic mechanism is fully disengaged, so the sound quality remains purely analog and undisturbed.

The turntable features a built-in phono pre-amplifier (switchable), making it possible to connect directly to any modern amplifier or active speakers. Equipped with a vibration-damping wooden chassis, a damped aluminium platter and an ultra-light 8.3 inch aluminium tonearm.

Important note about the condition (Cartridge / Stylus):
The turntable is visually and mechanically in very neat condition and is supplied with a dust cover and adapter. Note: The cartridge and stylus are currently missing from the tonearm. The original, colored connection cables are loose and ready for mounting. To play records, the buyer must install a new cartridge themselves (standard cartridge provided with an Ortofon OM10).
