Three wall sconces with two lights each, in the shape of torches — Portuguese, 20th century.

Set of three large wall-mounted sconces in wrought iron with patina, each designed in the shape of a torch and fitted with two light points. Vertical structure topped by a lancet-shaped element, with transverse arms, stylized vegetal cutouts, visible rivets and cylindrical supports ornamented with iron scrolls. Decorative language inspired by medieval and neo-Gothic styles.

The sockets are covered by wooden sleeves, carved and painted to resemble candles with wax drips. These elements are removable and can be restored or replaced. Electrified sconces.

Show signs of age and use, including surface oxidation, corrosion, scratches, stains, and paint wear. The wooden sleeves show wear, damage and signs of xylophagous activity.
