Mavem - Mavem Old Wine Brandy - 50cl - 2 bottles

Mavem Old Wine Brandy 2 x 0.50L 2 Bottles Old Wine Brandy VINIFICATION Distilled exclusively from a restricted selection of young Portuguese wines. Aged in oak casks of 8 palms (225 litres) in the Tagus Valley. Each batch of Mavem is aged under extreme thermal amplitudes in order to undergo a dynamic maturation. The final blend has an average age of 8 years. TASTING NOTES The art of dynamic maturation of Mavem creates a palette of multiple flavors and complex aromas, giving it an amber color. It has floral, vanilla, marzipan, fig and orange notes. Very soft, fresh and elegant with a velvety texture. SERVING Mavem has its natural moment as a digestif, but it goes beyond that. Mavem is excellent when enjoyed with a few ice cubes, neat, and is equally surprising in premium cocktails. HISTORY The founders of MAVEM believe that grape brandy is the noblest of spirits. Appreciated by some, looked down upon by others, and unknown to most, Liliana and Tiago, the fifth generation of a family with deep ties to the world of brandy and wine, argue that this product deserves to be explored, rediscovered, and revered. The MAVEM family likes to leave its mark, to dream, explore, and create. Thus, giving life to their experience and passion, starting from the premise that the grape brandy market was forgotten, that the Portuguese consumer was too comfortable with the profile of one or two brands, and that in the global market consumers were completely unaware of the category, they decided to break the monotony. PLEASE NOTE: This is a recurring auction. The seal number(s) you see on the photos might differ from the one(s) on your bottle(s).
