French vintage ceiling lamp, model Diseño Araña, made of brass and glass, measuring 27 × 27 × 22 cm and in working order.
Description from the seller
Modernist ceiling lamp from the first half of the 20th century, characterized by the elegance of its geometric shapes and the refined combination of opaline glass and gilded metal. Its design responds to the transitional aesthetics between late Modernism and the early approaches of Art Deco, where the purity of lines and the quality of materials take on absolute prominence.
The piece features a wide satin glass lampshade in an ivory white tone, molded into an elongated inverted cone shape that culminates in a delicate lower vertex. The smooth surface allows for homogeneous diffusion of light, creating a warm and pleasant illumination that provides visual comfort and enhances the atmosphere of any room.
The structure is composed of an elegant gilded metal frame formed by a circular upper rosette and three vertical arms that support the shade with great visual lightness. The small gold spherical finials distributed around the lampshade add a subtle decorative accent, while the overall aesthetic remains balanced and sober, characteristic of quality designs from the early decades of the 20th century.
The combination of the warm metal shine with the delicacy of the opaline glass gives the lamp a distinguished and timeless presence, capable of integrating into both classical interiors and environments inspired by Modernism, Art Deco, or Eclectic styles.
A decorative piece of great elegance and functionality, ideal for hallways, bedrooms, living rooms, or distributors, where it will provide soft illumination and a marked historical character, preserving all the charm of European design from the first half of the 20th century.
Certified shipping and careful packaging.
