Corkscrew - Cast iron - France

Magnificent wall-mounted corkscrew in a classic/vintage style, designed to uncork wine bottles quickly, smoothly, and effortlessly thanks to its robust lever system and rack-and-pinion gear.
It is mounted on an elegant wooden backplate that allows it to be easily fixed to the wall, making it ideal for both practical use and as a decorative element in a winery, bar, restaurant, or rustic/industrial-style kitchen.

Due to storage time, it shows light patina marks / superficial rust residues on some small metal areas (mainly at the ends and edges, see close-up photos).

These slight marks are purely cosmetic from storage and give it an authentic character. The lever mechanism, gear, and spiral are in perfect working order.
