The lamp base is in excellent condition; there are no damages.

Maker's engraving on the bottom and an original label present, see photos.

Fully handmade in the 1960s by the largest crystal factory in the Benelux, and the royal purveyor to the Belgian royal household, Val Saint Lambert.
