Exclusive French Empire style table lamp – Patinated bronze & brass – 2nd half of the 20th century

A very elegant and stylish table lamp in classic French Empire style. The lamp features a beautifully designed, columnar shaft with a deep, dark patina. The heavy base and transitions are richly decorated with refined cast brass- and bronze-colored ornaments, including classical acanthus leaves and graceful scrollwork on the square pedestal.
The lamp is supplied with the depicted, subtly tapered fabric lampshade. This shade has a neutral, warm tone that ensures a highly atmospheric light diffusion.
Thanks to the built-in dimmer switch on the cord, you can easily adjust the light intensity to the desired ambiance.
