Side table - Kingwood, Metal

A vintage side or plant table with a 19 mm solid rosewood top on a black square-tube metal frame with double crossbars.

A distinctive model with a characteristic frame in the style of Dutch designers such as Martin Visser and Dirk van Sliedrecht. The double crossbars not only make the frame exceptionally sturdy, but also form an unmistakable decorative feature of the table.

There are few, if any, signs of use on the frame. The tabletop has been well maintained, with a few very minor scratches, and shows a beautiful grain with warm, deep colours.

This side table will be carefully packed and shipped insured, including Track & Trace.
Good luck with your bid!
