Description from the seller
Elegant and scenographic Space Age-inspired table lamp, attributable to the aesthetic language of Italian design of the Seventies and stylistically ascribed to Carlo Nason for Mazzega.
The lamp stands out for the spherical diffuser in white opal polycarbonate, paired with a glossy red base with rounded, sculptural forms. The contrast between the milky white of the shade and the bright red of the structure gives the object a strong aesthetic personality, making it an interesting vintage furniture element.
The diffuser emits a soft, diffused light, creating a warm and evocative atmosphere. The minimalist design, characterized by geometric volumes and soft shapes, fully recalls the stylistic research of the Space Age period.
Conditions: excellent overall condition. The white opal polycarbonate shade is intact, with no breaks. Lamp is perfectly functional.
