The BEE pendant lamp is one of the flagship products of the Gie El brand. The BEE lamp in turquoise is part of the OCEAN lighting collection—plastic, impenetrable and painterly, just like ocean water.

The turquoise BEE lamp with a glass shade that narrows toward the bottom has a timeless, elegant, and subtle form. Each lamp is signed with a glass-made Gie El logo, featuring the distinctive two letters “g” and “l,” which attest to the product’s original character.

The turquoise color of the BEE pendant lamp is very natural, evoking clear water. This color results from using special dyes that, under the high temperatures prevailing in the smelting furnaces, create air bubbles. In each lamp the arrangement and intensity of the bubbles differ, highlighting the natural, handmade character of the production.

The shade, thanks to its unique color, perfectly transmits light, creating an interesting play of light inside the space and beautiful, painterly reflections.

During the day the lamp presents itself gracefully, filling the interior space. It is a decoration at all times. The turquoise BEE pendant lamp, like other Gie El products, is handmade to order. The artisans responsible for its production are Polish craftsmen who, using blowing rods, inflate each lampshade into wooden molds.

The handmade nature of production is evident in the fact that each piece is subtly different. A discerning eye will notice the beautiful reflections that form on the surface of the shade. It will notice the varying intensity of color, which flows as a gradient through different parts of the lamp.
