Description from the seller
Set of 6 Wabi double espresso cups
The Wabi cups and bowl embody an embrace of an aesthetics of imperfection and the ordinary. They are made from a sculpted porcelain mass. They are buffed with a cloth before firing and cut like gems.
The Wabi cups are designed for daily use, are non-porous, and are dishwasher safe
Materials: Porcelain biscuit
Dimensions: Double espresso (80 ml)
About Lucas Huillet:
Formed at the Camondo School in design and interior architecture. This academic path opened doors to collaborations with prestigious houses and institutions.
In 2018, he created his studio as an exploratory space where ceramics, interior architecture and object design intersect, built around an expertise in working with natural materials, allowing him to craft unique pieces that are at once everyday objects and works in their own right.
Today, the studio continues to blend artisanal tradition and contemporary innovation, with the aim of creating objects that carry meaning and authenticity.
Lucas Huillet’s creations have been exhibited notably at Paris Design Week, Collectible in Brussels, and Dubai’s Al Shindagha Museum.
