Coffee grinder (2) - Cast brass, Cast brass, Oak

Two copper coffee grinders from the period 1950 - 1960.

The first, large model, with floral motifs on the sides. Wooden slider covered with a copper plate bearing also a floral motif. Notable about this grinder is that both the knob on the wooden slider and the knob on the crank are made of solid copper.
This one weighs 2,217 grams, a sturdy piece indeed!
In working condition, the mechanism runs smoothly.

The second, small model, austere design but very elegant. Wooden slider with a copper plate. Marking 'mocca' on the grinder above the slider.
This weighs 643 grams.
