Description from the seller
Atmospheric oil painting: forest view (Light through trees)
A moody and expressive landscape in which the play of light and shadow is beautifully captured. The work depicts a forest scene with sturdy tree trunks, illuminated by warm, golden sunbeams breaking through the canopy. The texture is vivid with visible, decisive brushstrokes (impasto technique), giving the painting depth and a craft-like appearance.
Warm earth tones such as ocher yellow, dark brown, and red, subtly alternating with cooler blue- and green-tones in the background and the foliage. This creates a harmonious and lively contrast that exudes warmth into any interior.
The work is professionally framed in a stylish, classic frame with a gold-colored inner edge and a subtle, neutral outer edge (gray/silvery with profile), which seamlessly complements the warm tones of the painting.
The painting and the frame are in excellent condition.
