Nikon Nikkormat FT Single lens reflex camera (SLR)

Legendary 35 mm film SLR, produced in Japan by Nikon between 1965 and 1967. Rugged and fully mechanical, its vertically traveling metal shutter offers speeds from 1 s to 1/1000 s, plus Bulb mode, with flash synchronization at 1/125 s. The shutter-speed ring, located around the lens mount, is a distinctive and well-liked feature of the Nikkormat series. The built-in CdS meter measures light through the lens (TTL) at full aperture, using center-weighted averaging with a needle to center. Nikon F mount, compatible with Nikkor lenses with “rabbit ears.” A rock-solid classic for film photography.
