This manuscript leaf is from an early 14th-century - maybe even late 13th-century - folio. 

This leaf is from the Netherlands and it contains a religious text in Latin. Text fragments: Sathanas-de terra egypti-sacramenta-prophete- srael - ...

Very interesting is also the Dutch text that was added around 1550, about the maintenance of 'de wateringhe van Sheerbazelis houck'. More added fragments are dated 1634, 1642, 1647.

Original unique piece from the 13th or 14th century on vellum. Dimensions: 28.50 x 38 cm. 

Condition: although this item is more than 600 years old and some signs of age are visible, particularly the front with its five gilt-decorated initials is in good condition. 

A rare and very attractive collector's item!
