SIMCA - TALBOT Rare in good original condition, this vehicle can drive any distance - inline-four - 4-speed manual transmission.

The Simca-Talbot 1510 is a model that was produced by Talbot from July 1979 onward. This is a restyled Simca-Chrysler 1307 / 1308 / 1309 released in 1975 which had a very good commercial success. This was the first French car designed by computer and its original line included a practical hatchback. This model was also the winner of the Trophée européen de la voiture de l'année of 1976. In a rare preserved original condition, this vehicle can drives perfectly. 
This vehicle has a standard French registration and a recent valid MOT. This model is from 14/11/1979 (one of the first Talbots) which shows certified 108.000 km and is presented in a lovely bronze colour, typical of this period. This vehicle is from third hand which has been with its last owner for over 25 years. 
The LS model is equipped with a 1 294 cm3 “super-carré” "Poissy" engine with simple body Solex carburettor and a 4-speed gearbox. The mechanics work perfectly. 
The body as well as the underbody are healthy, the paint work, which appears to be original, presents well. Like the interior with an upholstery in remarkable condition under protective covers, the seats are in good condition. This model is registered for 5 seats and the rear bench can be folded down. The whole of the interior. rugs, headliner, door fixtures, dashboard are well preserved and in good condition. Problems with the choke which need to be reattached to the dashboard and the lever to open the bonnet is to be replaced. The vehicle is equipped with a tow-hitch and has two new tyres in the back. The sale includes the user’s manual, a certificate of compliance, the keys and the MOT certificates which confirm the mileage. The photos are representative of this lot.

This vehicle can be retrieved on appointment the first 3 days of February in the vicinity of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, France.
