VERY RARE 
Small Art & Deco Jeager-Lecoultre clock from the 1920-1930s 
Fully restored by the JEAGER-LECOULTRE maker (restoration receipt as proof)
This alarm clock was "saved" by its owner who ran the Hôtel Britannique in Vichy before the Second World War. When the Nazis arrived at Vichy, the Gestapo and the French militia, on their orders, expelled the owner and his employees from the hotel, which they confiscated for their quarters. At the end of the war, the owner recovered her hotel which had been completely devastated and didn't have the means to restore it and revive his business. She made it into a residential building in which she sold flats. To this day, the building still exists.

This alarm clock will be shipped with the double-sided glazed frame (L 66 cm x H 25 cm x D 3 cm) in which can be found a flyer for the hotel from when it was running. Some flyers and postcards of the hotel from its peak will be shipped along with it
