The legendary Superman Automatic by Yema, 1960s. This watch was developed for professional divers (thanks to its water resistance to 300 meters and Patent 'Patent Pending'). It is also equipped with a security brake stop (or Bloque Bezel) which gives it a distinctive and unique appearance.
 Considered to be indestructible, the Superman was used by the French Air Force for its pilots.
This is the 24.11.17 type with an  Irisé (iridescent) blue dial and large arrow hand.
Steel case 39 mm, excluding crown.
Bakelite bezel, in very good condition.
Handmade leather strap, length 23 cm.
