Zeiss Ikon Maximar lens Tessar 10.5 cm /4.5 1937

Made in 1937, this folding plates camera 6.5 x 9 can also be used for sheet film and especially rollfilm 120 with the Rollex adapter.

With its Tessar Carl Zeiss Jena lens 10.5 cm 1:4.5 and its Compur Rapid shutter of 1s to 1/250 and B and T, it is one of the last of the series built from 1927 to 1939.

There are other interesting features with its three viewfinders, ‘sports’, mirror and rear focusing screen, its red bubble level and finally, its double extension bellows allowing macro shots of almost 1:1.
