Velodyne SC-1250 is a subwoofer amplifier build to power two passive subs plus one set of loudspeakers. 
In dual mono it delivers 1250 W continuous power and goes as high as 3000W peak RMS. It comes with build in crossover filter, phase control, and auto-on/off functions. The room correction system is based upon a 7 band EQ and the power amplifier is also controllable using various control systems, including universal remotes. 
This unit is in excellent condition, and comes with a dedicated remote. 
But the calibration microphone that usually ships with the unit is missing. But that can easily be replaced with a calibration mic of a different kind.
