Model of the very early CITY range - called LEGOLAND.
From year 1991 (!!!) - no time to build and play, only to have a look at the instructions.
Box contain 1041 parts, 7 minifigs.

Box was opened, polybags were opened, once built. 
Box will be sealed again carefully before shipping. 
Inventory was checked against bricklink inventory list - complete.  

There are some slight traces of storage (see pictures).
(Price) Label on small side (sorry – but to remove it might damage the box more).

Pick Up at home possible (Germany - Cologne area).

Reason for selling: Storage space must be cleared...
