This very rare Devin D Porsche is one of the approx. 26 produced with Devin tubular frame by the factory in California.

The international Devin register confirmed its authenticity and date of production 23rd November 1959, with frame number DD7-6. In addition, a letter of statement signed by the president is available (please see photos). The car is listed in the international register.

The car body is original and shows signs of various colouring received over the years, original colour looks like Silver 6206, a classic Porsche 356 colour. There are no signs of accidents and the structure is sound, even in the typical areas of bottom and front and rear parts. Opening and closing mechanism of doors is smooth. An excellent base. Its original rear bumper is also included.

Original tubular frame is in very good condition, with no signs of rust or accidents. The car doesn’t have an engine but a Porsche 356 engine suitable i.e. for historical competitions can be easily found, many Devins raced in those days and they are suitable for international events (and they are really fun to drive!).

It is a rare opportunity to find an authentic, certified car still with its frame and original car body, ready for restoration
according to its specifications. Its sound condition makes it an excellent base for a restoration project, and also a very good investment.
