Mantel clock - LENZKIRCH - Wood - Second half 19th century

Beautifully brown-made table clock by the famous German LENZKIRCH brand. Both the case and the movement are in good condition. The dial is covered by means of a lunette with a window glass. The 8-day movement is powered by a pendulum and runs and strikes perfectly. The clcok strikes on the whole and the half hour. The clock is beautifully decorated at the front with pretty ornaments. Unfortunately, the original winding key is lost. A matching key is included. The top was probably equipped with a handle, but unfortunately this is not present anymore. The attached pictures are part of the description. With the purchase of this beautiful table clock, you will have a wonderful antique piece in your home. The movement features the following enscription on the side: "LENZKIRCH en no. 2", and underneath is 1 million no. 40216 (see frame numbers and the year of production between 1865 and 1870). The clock needs to be picked up in Bergambacht.
