Leather with brass mounts, in good condition.

I think the cockades were once painted.

This type was carried with or without cover during the entire first world war.

Rare variant because Württemberg only had a few regiments compared to the dozens of Prussians.

In the neck is still vaguely a year: 1896.

Beautiful object for its age.
