It contains drawings those have never been seen by anyone. The book contains 196 pages, size 33.0 x 24.5 cm. 

Thawan Duchanee (1939 – 2014) was a Thai contemporary artist renowned worldwide for his striking and powerful displays of modern Buddhist themes through surrealism, modernism and expressionism.

For more than 5 decades, Master Thawan Duchanee had engrossed himself in continuously creating art and priceless paintings— both drawings and oil paintings— with his exceptional artistry and boundless imagination which led to uniqueness of his works of art. 

Thawan Duchanee graduated with a B.A. (Hons) from the Faculty of Painting and Sculpture, Silpakorn University, and MA in Mural Painting, Monument and Urban Planning, and a Ph.D. in Metaphysics and Aesthetics from Royal Academy of Visual Arts, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 

He is one of the Thai painters who have made their names in the international art world. 

Master Thawan Dachanee's work is extremely sought after and recognisable. 
His largest project internationally was a 1977 commission to paint a large portion of Germany’s Gottorf castle, located near the Baltic Sea. He reportedly took three years to complete the few hundred rooms.
