Made of solid aluminium
32.5 cm long and with a wingspan of 44.5 cm

The Convair 240 was an American-built aircraft built by Convair from 1947 to 1956.
The 340 was a further development of the Convair 240. The 240 was extended to create space for 4 additional seats and carry a total of 44 passengers spread over 11 rows of 4 seats. Furthermore, the wings were improved for better flight performances at higher altitudes. Like the basic design, the aircraft had a pressurised cabin and two piston engines.
