Including a letter in which Marvin Dockery provides extra information on model Lucky.

American Marvin Dockery is an internationally renowned photographer, who, since 1960, has sold tens of thousands of photographs and posters all over the world. Among other things, he was the official photographer of the World's Fair in Knoxville in 1982. 
He usually 'casts' his models on the streets.
