Ger van Oers

A beautiful music table / box made of wood with a classic look. The table top is beautifully decorated and the legs are very elegant. When you open the lid the tune will start to play. You can cover the mechanism with a wooden lid and it can be wounded on the base of the table. Inside is some space to store small items.

Intarsia desk. Intarsia is a form of inlaid decoration in the wood. This wood has been inlaid with another wood type so the desk top will have various colours.

The table was made in Italy and the music box in Switzerland (Reuge perhaps?). It plays the tune of the Godfather theme song.

Size: H 43 cm L 37 cm B 27 cm
Condition: the music box is playing fine. One of the legs should be tightened a little. Some traces of wear, see included pictures for more information.
