Met 130 zeldzame handgekleurde botanische lithografieën. Platen zijn door Burggraaff gelithografeerd naar tekeningen van G. Severeyns. Elke plaat heeft een bijbehorende beschrijving.

Platen zijn in zeer goede conditie. Heldere kleuren. Rug van het boek is aan 1 kant gescheurd maar zit nog wel vast en is te repareren. Alle bladzijdes zitten strak in de binding. 

In totaal bestaat de complete Sertum Botanicum uit 600 platen. Dit is volume 2, met 130 platen.
