This year we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Corneille!
Large format lithograph (76 x 56 cm) by the painter Guillaume Corneille (1922-2010), born in Liège to Dutch parents.
The frame is a presentation suggestion. It is not included in the ad: only the painter's lithograph is sold.
Life is a palette of colors and a bond between the animal world and human beings. A great collector of African art, Corneille plays on the clarity of the signs, and the symbolic significance such as a mask from Niger or a statuette from Côte d'Ivoire. The painter liked to repeat: "I have made a colorful day out of my life"
