Technics RS-686DS Stereo Cassette Deck. Overall condition of the deck is good. No dents, no scratches, only some dust.
Battery bay has some oxidation, which is visible in the pictures, this does not affect the playability.
The case / travel bag is in good condition, only the strap has worn over time (still holds the weight). 
No adaptor available.
Included are 2 microphones - Shure SM58, with cables. These are untested.

Regretfully, I don't have the necessary equipment to test all the functions thouroughly. But in the link below, you can see the basic functions working as it should (eject, play, volume, pause, ffw, lights, battery check, stop. The rewind however seems to struggle).

 It's an astonishing high end / high fidelity cassette deck (with lots of buttons). All the buttons can be pushed or turned.
