Drie prachtige "Stil verzet" lepels gemaakt van Hollandse zilveren munten. (Dubbeltjes en halve guldens)

Tot het jaar 1941 werden er zilveren munten geslagen met de beeltenis van Koningin Wilhelmina.

 In 1942 werden echter de zinken munten geïntroduceerd. Enerzijds omdat het zilver gebruikt kon worden ten bate van de Duitse oorlogsindustrie.

Anderzijds omdat het de Duitsers stoorde dat de beeltenis van Koningin Wilhelmina op de munten te vinden was.

Vervolgens werden er van de zilveren munten sieraden gemaakt, waaronder broches, armbanden, speldjes, lepeltjes en hangers. 

Door het te dragen kon je aangeven dat je loyaal was naar het Nederlandse koningshuis. Dit was overigens niet zonder gevaar

Vanaf 1943 stond op bezit van zo’n lepeltje zelfs de doodstraf.
